2026 Skoda Slavia Facelift Launched At Rs. 9.99 Lakh In India

The latest iteration of the new sedan is packed with multiple first-in-segment features as it goes on sale in the Indian market

The 2026 Skoda Slavia facelift has finally been launched in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom, India). It will be available in a total of six trim levels namely Classic, Classic+, Signature, Sportline, Prestige and Monte Carlo. Developed on the MQB-A0-IN platform, which has been engineered specifically for the Indian road conditions, the new sedan comes with refreshed design and advanced features while retaining the same choice of petrol engines with manual and automatic gearbox options.

First things first, the 2026 Slavia facelift flaunts all-new LED headlamp and taillamp clusters with sequential rear turn indicators. Some of the other notable design highlights include horizontal chrome strip on front grille, revised front and rear bumpers, and newly-styled alloy wheels. It has been offered in a total of 10 colour options namely Candy White, Carbon Steel, Brilliant Silver, Lava Blue, Deep Black, Arctic Silver (New), Cherry Red, Shimla Green, Steel Grey and Cappuccino Beige (New).

Needless to mention, the 2026 Skoda Slavia facelift is packed with a plethora of upscale, premium and advanced features in the form of Rear Seat Massage (segment-first), 360-degree Area View camera, Park Pilot with front and rear parking sensors, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, and 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The European brand claims that the touchscreen unit has been rolled out with a refreshed and modern interface, new widgets, animations and iconography which are supported by a next-generation digital architecture. It also boasts of an advanced Voice Assistant, powered by Google Cloud’s Automotive AI Agent, including Gemini for voice commands. The occupants can access real-time information with hands-free voice commands for functions including music, calls and climate control.

Safety-wise, the 2026 Slavia facelift has received the highest 5-star rating from Global NCAP for both adult and child occupant protection. It carries over 25 latest safety features including six airbags as standard across the entire line-up. In addition, the range-topping variants come loaded with rear defogger, rain-sensing wipers, LED fog lamps, auto-dimming IRVM and anti-glare ORVMs among others.

2026 Skoda Slavia Monte carlo

Mechanically, the new sedan is offered with the same 1.0L TSI and 1.5L TSI petrol engines with identical power and torque figures as the outgoing model. The smaller 1.0L TSI engine is available with a 6-speed manual transmission and an all-new, first-in-segment, 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. On the other hand, the bigger 1.5L TSI engine comes with a seven-speed DSG automatic unit as standard.

A special mention goes to the rear disc brakes which are offered with the 1.5L engine. Skoda has stated that all the six variants will be available from the launch as deliveries of the new sedan commence from next week. However, the newly-introduced Cappuccino Beige colour will be handed over to the customers from Dec 2026. As part of Skoda care, the 2026 Slavia facelift comes with a 4-year warranty, 4 years of roadside assistance and four labour-free services.
